I’m limiting myself to 1250 calories per day. So far –out of three days– I have stayed under once. One day, the first, was about 1800…thumbs down. Yesterday, I stayed under.
Nice to know though that a year ago, I was about 45 pounds heavier. So, I have made awesome progress. Now to tackle the bingo flaps and the muffin top. (I love the code words.)
The plan: 30 more by the end of the summer.
