I’m sitting here in my empty living room (almost empty) with the glow of the laptop lighting the peripheral area around me. I can barely see much beyond the whitish hum of the monitor’s radiant glow. But I know my besties were here offering to take stuff to the women in need shelters for me (as was my wish for all the things that didn’t sell or wouldn’t fit). They did it without even asking. These are the people I will be living with for the next few months. It’s going to be grand. I love them .
